Area Sales Manager - Lincolnshire - Up to 60,000 per year + Bonus + Car

Our client is a leading manufacturer of liquid fertilisers who are currently seeking Area Sales Managers to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Market and sell advanced liquid fertilizers to arable farmers, helping them maximize crop yields.
  • Develop strong, lasting connections with farmers, providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets using their top-tier products.
  • Use your agricultural expertise to offer valuable insights and guidance to farmers in a dynamic industry.
  • Hybrid working 3 days on sites, 2 days at home

Package:

  • Basic salary of up to 60,000 per year (dependant on experience)
  • Performance bonus of up to 8% of salary
  • Company vehicle for business and personal use
  • 10% pension contribution
  • Private healthcare
  • Relocation support (if required)
  • Strong progression opportunities

Candidate:

  • Experience in agriculture and a thorough knowledge of arable agricultural techniques.
  • A track record of accomplishment in the agricultural industry with sales, preferably of fertilizers or associated goods.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to forge close bonds with clients.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about changing the face of agriculture.
  • A Full UK driver's license.
