The role has direct responsibility for managing a small recruitment team who function as 'account managers' for various regions across the world, and the Agents Contracts and Commissions coordinator. You will lead on the management of agent relations and manage key relationships between recruitment, Marketing and Admissions.

The Head of International Recruitment will deputise, as required, for their line manager, the Associate Director – Stakeholder Relationships, and will require an excellent working knowledge of international recruitment policy, marketing, admissions, visas, mobility and student welfare.
