About the role as a Facilities Administrator:

Activate Learning are recruiting a Facilities Administrator/Estates Helpdesk Administrator to join our Property and Facilities team based at Merrist Wood college.

You will be the first point of contact for a variety of facilities management requests which will predominately involve providing front line helpdesk support through our facilities management system. You will also meet and greet contractors, provide administration in relation to facilities services, and raise purchase orders and receipt invoices.

This is a permanent, part time role working 24 hours per week Monday, Tuesday and Friday hrs.

What do you need to be a successful Facilities Administrator at Activate Learning?

We are looking for someone with previous administration experience in a busy office and competent in the use of IT to support the business processes - for example, MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and responsive to all enquiries received within a timely manner. You will be self-motivated with a calm manner and able to work under pressure in a demand driven service.
