Job Title: Facilities Scheduler

Join our team as a Facilities Scheduler, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient resourcing of work orders and maintaining a first-time fix culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Implement a first-time fix culture to maximize productivity
  • Monitor and report on the performance of sub-contractors to ensure adherence to our standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with the line manager to address any problems or issues that arise
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with client representatives and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and procedures
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Performance Measures:
  • Monitor and report on performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure all jobs are updated on the system daily
  • Achieve a first-time fix objective on all jobs
  • Monitor and improve productivity of engineers
  • Meet client response times
  • Achieve agreed direct labour/sub-contractor split
  • Control work in progress and new calls
  • Contribute to achieving targets set for the Reactive Department
  • Respond to client queries within the hour
Role Details:

Salary: £24-26K PA

Shift Rotas: weekly - 1 in 3

Working Hours: 08.00am-16.00pm

Required to work 1 x Saturday (every 7th week)
