  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to accomplish project goals.
  • Perform comprehensive cost analysis and forecasting to support decision-making procedures.
  • Guide and assist junior members of the quantity surveying team, nurturing their professional growth.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contract adherence and timely delivery of products and services.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and records associated with project finances and contractual accords.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the construction or infrastructure domain.
  • Proficient in contract management, with familiarity in standard contract forms like NEC.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, establishing effective relationships across all levels.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Membership in pertinent professional organizations (e.g., RICS) is beneficial but not obligatory.
