Job DescriptionVenesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Dundee, is currently looking to recruit a HR Assistant (Recruitment) for an initial 3 month contract with option to extend on a rate of £ £158.27/day (Inside IR35).

This role will be hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Dundee office.

Responsibilities:

  • Run direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (i.e. from authorisation/advert through to preemployment checks/issuing contracts.

Essential Skills:

  • Experienced in recruitment environment.
  • Competent in running direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (i.e. from authorisation/advert through to preemployment checks/issuing contracts.
  • Knowledge of leading briefings/washups.
  • Ability to facilitate assessments.
  • IT literate – use of Microsoft Office effectively, particularly Office 36
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and supportively with others
  • Keeps others informed of progress of work plan, targets, etc.
  • Aware of recruitment trends and keeps own recruitment knowledge and skills up to date

Desirable Skills:

  • Job analysis and assessment design.
  • Focus on process improvement.
