Cornucopia is proud to partner with a premier data and technology-led investment management organisation that operates across a diverse range of asset classes globally. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quant Researcher to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Quant Researcher, you will play a vital role in shaping the investment strategies of our client by leveraging your expertise in quantitative research. You will work on complex data sets, utilizing your analytical skills to develop innovative models that inform investment decisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects within a forward-thinking organization.

Key

Responsibilities:

Conduct quantitative research to support investment processes across diverse asset classes.

Develop and implement advanced models and algorithms to optimize investment strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key market trends and insights.

Utilize statistical techniques and quantitative methods to drive data analysis.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

Qualifications:
A first-class degree in a maths-based discipline from a top-tier university.Proven experience in quantitative research, with a strong focus on equities.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (ideally) or C++.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas succinctly.
