About the Role

DataSpartan Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our team. As a Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis using statistical and predictive modeling techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quantitative models for equities, futures, and/or FX
  • Analyze large data sets to identify new trading opportunities and optimize existing strategies
  • Collaborate with Portfolio managers to ensure seamless integration of research findings into investment decisions
  • Work closely with other researchers to develop and refine mathematical models, and translate algorithms into code
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in researching or implementing quantitative models for financial markets
  • Masters or PhD in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science
  • Strong analytical and programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as C++, Java, C#, MATLAB, R, Python, or Perl
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and analyze complex data sets
