Job Description

Quantitative Talent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Researcher & Trader to join our team. As a key member of our trading team, you will be responsible for developing and executing mid-frequency futures trading strategies, leveraging advanced quantitative techniques and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-frequency and/or mid-frequency futures trading strategies, leveraging advanced quantitative techniques and data analysis.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new trading opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
  • Build and maintain trading models and algorithms, using programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate trading performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other traders and analysts to develop and refine trading strategies.
  • Manage risk exposure and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Communicate trading ideas and strategies to other team members and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantitative Researcher and/or Trader specializing in HFT and/or MFT strategies at a reputable trading firm.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant markets and related products, including algorithmic trading, statistical arbitrage, and market microstructure.
  • Proven track record of success in generating profits through HFT and/or MFT trading strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong understanding of advanced mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
  • Extensive programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, Java, and/or Rust.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, such as mathematics, computer science, or finance; from a top university, with top grades/marks.
