At Augmentti, we're seeking a talented Quantitative Trading Expert to join our elite trading team. As the first quant developer on our brand-new trading desk in London, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our trading stack and help us achieve massive rewards.

With a compensation package in the range of £500k, £750k, £1m+, you'll be part of a rare opportunity to join at the ground level and share in the upside of building an entire business. You'll have the autonomy to create an entire trading platform from scratch, leveraging our core infrastructure while optimizing system performance for high-frequency, low-latency trading.

We're looking for someone with exceptional expertise in Modern C++ and a deep understanding of trading systems. You'll work closely with our brilliant PM, who has a strong technical background and a pragmatic, collaborative approach. This is a rare blend of startup excitement backed by the stability of a firm with a long track record of success in the global trading space.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing high-performance trading systems using Modern C++
  • Developing and optimizing trading strategies for high-frequency trading
  • Collaborating with our PM to build a successful trading platform
