  • Internal Reporting: Oversee the accurate production of internal reports related to regulatory metrics, risk appetite, and external requirements.
  • Preparation of Regulatory Documentation: Lead the preparation of Pillar 3 disclosures, ICAAP, Recovery Plan, and Solvent Wind Down Plan. Collaborate with other departments as needed and contribute to the ILAAP preparation.
  • Governance and Control: Enhance governance procedures, regulatory reporting policies, and interpretation documents.

What we are seeking:

  • Extensive regulatory reporting experience and in-depth knowledge of prudential regulations.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills with a focus on leveraging technology for automation.
  • Effective time management and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform exceptionally in a dynamic professional setting.
  • Chartered accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, with experience in financial services.
  • Solid experience in senior-level regulatory reporting and policy management.
