Description

  • Manage and oversee the entire recruitment cycle for early career roles
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier graduates
  • Build strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions
  • Ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires
  • Work with management to identify future hiring needs
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics
  • Utilise Workday recruitment modules for efficient process management
  • Collaborate with the human resources department on other projects as needed
Profile

The ideal Early Careers Recruitment Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in early careers or campus recruitment - evidenced by a minimum of 5 annual cycles
  • Demonstrable experience of working within regulated Investment Management or Technology sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Workday recruitment modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Degree in human resources, business, or related field
