    Job Summary:

    The HR Lead provides comprehensive support to the HR team in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. They oversee the onboarding process, address employee inquiries and concerns, and administer employee benefits programs. The HR Lead assists with employee relations issues, maintains accurate employee records, and stays updated with HR best practices and employment laws for compliance. Collaboration with other departments is crucial for supporting HR-related initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and culture-building efforts.
    Job Responsibilities:

  7. Provide support to the HR team in all areas of human resources, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  8. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and training sessions.
  9. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Administer employee benefits programs, paid time off, attendance, productivity logs, and others.
  11. Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, or other project management tools and cloud-based tools.
  13. Stay current with HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance with regulations.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and culture-building efforts.
    Job Requirements:
  15. Minimum of 8 years of HR experience across the functions. Senior HR Manager or similar role in an Agency or Start-up company
  16. Preferably within the eCommerce, supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and/or construction space.
  17. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  19. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  20. Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  22. Experience with ATS and HR software, and proficiency in using social media for recruiting. Experienced working with Talentlyft, BreezyHR, and others is a plus.
  23. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  24. High level of Emotional Intelligence, excellent interpersonal, and problem-solver.
  25. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and able to work across different time zones.
