Strategic Risk Consulting (SRC) is part of Marsh Advisory sits alongside the insurance broking business and provides Strategic and Operational Risk advice to the world's largest companies.

Strategic Risk Consulting (SRC) helps clients understand, manage and mitigate their risks as well as helping them plan for if and when things go wrong. We are a team of consultants combining subject-matter experts and generalists who operate across four Practices to deliver solutions for our clients: Climate Resilience and Strategy, Cyber Risk Consulting, Resilience and Enterprise Risk Services. We are a fast-growing business looking for an innovative and proactive senior manager who can help build and steer the Business Continuity proposition within the Resilience team.

What can you expect?

  • An opportunity to help grow our resilience advisory services; as a member of the senior leadership team for the resilience practice reporting to the practice lead.
  • A role that will give you exposure to a broad range of expertise and an opportunity to apply your skills to help solve some of the most high profile issues facing business today – from operational resilience to climate change.
  • A role with the opportunity to become involved in supporting the delivery of some of our more complex client engagements. This will involve drawing in multi-discipline expertise from across the advisory and placement business, providing intellectual challenge and genuine project ownership.
