As a junior designer, you will play a key role in supporting our design team in creating compelling visual content across various media. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including branding, digital, print, and web design.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior designers to produce high-quality design work that meets client briefs and project goals.Assist in the creation of visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for print and digital media, including social media content, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to project development.Prepare design concepts for internal review and client feedback.Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.Support the design team with general administrative tasks as needed. Knowledge, skills and experiencePrevious experience in a design role, either within an agency or inhouse team.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design software.Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for design.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (nice to have)An interest in Skills in AI design solutions, Adobe After Effects (Animation), PowerPoint, and Figma are desirable but not essential.
