The role:

Head of Digital Sales

IAG Cargo is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Digital Sales. This role is pivotal in driving our digital sales strategy forward and ensuring that our digital penetration targets are met. As the Head of Digital Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on maximizing digital sales opportunities, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth and reach through digital channels.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute the digital sales strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives of IAG Cargo.
Lead a team of digital sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Regional Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue Management, IT, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital sales initiatives.
Responsible for a portfolio of customers, including digital only markets.
Manage the commercial relationships with our digital partners.
Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to continually enhance and optimise digital sales offerings and expand IAGC's customer reach.
Drive innovation in digital sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyse sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth. Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities and best practices in digital sales to maintain a competitive edge.
Plan, execute and evaluate sales campaign launches and monitor the performance of our digital marketing campaigns.
Drive and achieve Digital sales revenue target through implementing effective digital tools and securing customer retention in the digital sales segment.

What you'll bring to IAG Cargo:

Strong understanding of digital sales processes, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, articulate priorities, direction, and focus.
Change management and effective delivery.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Your experience:

Sales leadership experience.
People management in a high-pressured target orientated environment.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce) to track lead generation activities.
Experience of interfacing with external and internal people up to C-suite.
Experience of championing a change agenda.
Proven ability to deliver objectives on time and to budget.
Air cargo industry experience preferred.
