NET-A-PORTER are seeking a talented Global Social Lead to join the marketing team based in our Westfield London offices, W12. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the organic social media strategy for NET-A-PORTER and PORTER, driving growth, engagement, traffic, and revenue across our key platforms.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to achieve business KPIs - from creative and editorial, to trade, buying and merch. They will champion organic social across the business, leading a talented team of two comprising of a Senior Social Media Executive and Social Media Assistant.

The role consists of the following responsibilities:

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

Development and execution of the organic social media strategy for NET-A-PORTER and PORTER channels Ownership of organic social KPIs, driving growth, engagement, traffic, and revenue across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) Work closely with the creative team to produce 'social first' content (stills and video) that feel native to the relevant platforms whilst elevated and on brand Collaborate with the Commissioning Video Editor to execute the social media video strategy, ensuring concepts meet social KPIs Share insights, learnings, and data with key stakeholders to help inform creative concepts and content Build upon existing platform relationships to ensure NET-A-PORTER are front of mind for exclusive opportunities and beta testing Drive commercial opportunities through platform specific e-commerce solutions such as Instagram Checkout and TikTok Shop Create a social commerce calendar to support key campaign moments within the marketing calendar Work closely with brand campaign, partnerships, trade, buying and merch teams to ensure 'social friendly' product remains at the core of social content and key campaign messages are communicated Manage the organic social media budget and optimise throughout the year as appropriate Oversee social media reporting process on a weekly / quarterly basis Remain agile, reacting to shifting social media trends & consumer sentiment to stay relevant Monitor competitor activity and industry innovation to ensure NET-A-PORTER remains ahead of the curve Provide strong, inspiring leadership to the organic social media team The type of person we are looking for:

A strategic, creative, and analytical social media marketeer with experience leading a team A robust understanding of the key social platforms and their roles within the social media mix Knowledge of luxury fashion and beauty social spaces Excellent communication skills and work well in a busy team Enthusiasm and a hardworking attitude Extensive experience of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Extensive diplomacy skills and are confident in working with people at all levels Happy working collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals Confident sharing your expertise and knowledge with senior stakeholders to help build further understanding of your channels Confident in building reports and evaluating analytical results Experience with third party reporting and publishing tools including Sprinklr and Dash Hudson, as well as Google Analytics Direct relationships with platforms e.g. Meta, TikTok etc. YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is an equal opportunities employer, we encourage people with a diverse range of backgrounds to apply.
