Our Key Account Managers are experts in all things digital marketing. They are trusted marketing consultants to a portfolio of brands; responsible for leading creative development and strategy to retain and grow business; whilst aligning to marketing objectives. They are quick thinking solutions experts who can lead new & existing client integrations onto the Epsilon platform and expertly partner with internal departments and key client stakeholders alike.

A Team of Subject Matter Experts on Epsilon solutions, platforms, capabilities & products - with laser focus on the coordinated efforts of the cross-team's expert delivery of exceptional client services.

This is unique role combines Digital MarTech, Project Management, Product, Creative specialisation, as well as People Management and Commercial Acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
Retain and grow client business, providing exceptional service and relationsPitch, develop and execute personalized digital strategies, leveraging creative and strategic thinking, commercial acumen, data and insights.Leading integration for new & existing brands onto the Epsilon platform; designing, developing and implementing creative and technical solutions based on business requirements whilst coordinating 10+ internal Epsilon Specialist teams.Establishing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders within the client's business.Mentoring and training junior team members and new starters within the Account Management team.Become a solution specialist on Epsilon's products; liaising closely with product owners and ensuring trainings and optimisations are rolled out.We are looking for someone who:
Someone with 2-4 years' experience within the digital marketing landscape - agency or client side.Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people of all levels and disciplines.Is highly organized with experience in project management.Is a creative thinker and strategic problem solver who strives for continuous improvement.Is knowledgeable about the digital industry and motivated by its evolving nature.
