Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the implementation and continuous monitoring programme of the Quality Assurance (QA) function for HR led investigations. To act as a POC for queries for QA assessors following implementation
  • As a new QA function within HR the role holder is expected to propose enhancements to the newly implemented process as it embeds.
  • The role will ensure the accurate completion of quality assurance reviews for Employee Relations (ER) investigations in line with the ER Investigation QA process
  • Contribute to the effective and compliant implementation and day to day execution of the Employee Relations Investigation QA process. This will involve maintaining accurate records of QA outcomes and using the HR case management system and associated MI reports to escalate issues, produce and distribute MI for oversight and monitoring, including identifying themes and insights from the QA Review MI
  • Support the on-going development of ER Investigations QA contributing to coverage of all ER investigation types and PCC cases, lines of business, entities and work streams
  • Establish / maintain an impartial ER Investigations QA service which assesses and reports on noted quality standards
  • QA redesign to be delivered against challenging implementation and embedding timeframe and further audit scrutiny
  • Define and apply a global, universally understood, consistent standard of investigative quality

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in Employee Relations (ER), Human Resources (HR) or Industrial Relations (IR) is essential
  • Experience in undertaking investigations/analysis into customer activity with the ability to draw inferences from the information is essential
  • Experience of project/change management either as lead or SME contributing towards delivery of initiatives in a time driven environment would be desirable
  • Fluency in Spanish would be desirable for this role, but not essential. Fluency in English is essential for the role
  • Experience in compilation of reports and/or management information is essential for this role
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative working style
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in addition to numerate and detail orientated with experience of documenting information in a clear, concise manner
  • Persistence and courage of their own convictions to follow up on noted quality issues and monitor agreed management
  • Previous auditing or assurance experience is an advantage as well as a working knowledge of Employee Relations and or workplace investigations
  • Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in an ever-changing environment.

The base location for this role is London with hybrid working arrangements in place. Other global locations will be considered on a case by case basis.
