Senior Experience Manager

A global events agency, who with leading names across all industries, and host events across multiple territories, are looking for a Senior Experience Manager to join their team - focusing on sponsorship management and using extensive ERC platforms to keep everything moving at the right pace
What's the role?
Working across 2 key clients, this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor experience, working with client vendors, and engaging across the entire sponsorship life-cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver first class sponsor experience and successfully execute their agreed packageProject & financial trackingDrive continuous improvement of the client and sponsor relationshipsImplement and manage all marketing and package elementsDevelop and implement frameworks and process's for materials and key event progressDay-to-day client guidanceBe the 'voice of the sponsor'Who is their ideal candidate?With experience in large scale events, their ideal candidate will have experience working in sponsorship / exhibition execution. You will be able to work across ERC software's and have proven experience in running multiple client relationships and projects.
