About the Role

This is a challenging and target-driven position that oversees the planning and execution of campaigns for one of our key clients. The role is operationally complex and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure campaign execution output is executed as planned and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage accuracy in store planning and scheduling, and diligently manage issues from trade and work with clients to find and communicate solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to effectively manage planning and scheduling of stores and store issues.
  • Manage overall campaign target tracking (planned vs. actual) and advise on store selection based on previous performance.
  • Prepare and distribute work schedules to the workforce, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure staff booking portal is maintained and accurate to staff attendance and change of circumstance.
  • Monitor payroll enquiries email inbox for travel expense related-queries and respond to queries and resolve issues.
About You
  • Minimum of 2-years working within a similar role in a staffing agency, brand experience agency, or field marketing agency.
  • Highly presentable and able to convey our brand attributes - professional, knowledgeable, confident, honest, and trustworthy.
  • A highly detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to build relationships with internal employees and senior stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for system processes, development, and compliance management of online databases.
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel and strong initiative for self-learning.
  • Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building client-facing presentation decks.
  • High level of written English and eye for detail in producing internal and external copy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous personal admin.
  • Highly motivated and disciplined individual able to work on their own initiative.
