About the Company
Hays Senior Finance is a prominent independent technology partner and global integrator, seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to enhance their regional financial performance. Collaborating closely with the CFO, you will oversee comprehensive financial management and reporting, playing a crucial role in the company's strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation and consolidation of financial documents, including monthly management accounts and annual reports.
- Spearhead the creation of insightful financial analyses and reports to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
Qualifications Required
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in financial control and management
- Strong commercial insight and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- A commitment to driving business growth
