We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK's highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.

This is a qualified role requiring you to be SWE registered and have relevant experience within children's services.

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Cotswolds as an Advanced Practitioner.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting or mentoring newly qualified SWs and students as well as acting as the lead in the team on providing training and supporting dissemination of improvements to practice.

Alongside this, there will be some case holding of more complex cases.

We are operating to a hybrid way of working and a laptop and smart phone will be provided to assist with this. All staff work in the office to complete visits and to provide a duty service and at home to complete administrative tasks. All children are to be seen face to face unless you have COVID confirmed.

The candidate will be expected to be in the office more in the initial stages of employment to help build the team cohesion and feeling of stability.
