  • Handle defect resolution and subcontractor arrangements
  • Travel required with mileage compensation

This diverse role involves regular office work and site visits around Devon and Somerset. Responsibilitues include conducting home demonstrations, facilitating move-ins, and preparing homes for sale.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and IT skills, especially in Excel
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Sound knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and NHBC guidelines
  • Background in FM will be valued

This position is suitable for individuals with experience as an assistant/site manager, FM/Maintenance/Property Manager.

Duration: Temporary ongoing role for at least 6 months

Compensation: Hourly rate depending on experience, equivalent to an annual salary of £30k - £40k plus mileage reimbursement

Interviews will be conducted promptly with an immediate start date
