As Medical Eventing and Communications Manager for SkinCeuticals, you will gain exposure to the international medical brand strategy and medical key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics whilst providing the opportunity to develop UKI specific communication to reflect the medical vision. You will work extensively with cross functional teams and lead the execution of medical communications supported by Omni-Channel Education Manager, Medical Relations Manager, and detailing commercial team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As Medical Eventing and Communications Manager, you will:

Be responsible for execution of the UKI Medical communication strategy for SkinCeuticals in line with the brand medical strategy and the international vision. Develop medical detailing materials: working in a team to develop materials aligned to brand standards and directed to healthcare professionals by attending field visits to assess the impact of relevant medical comms tools / needs. Medical Events: Deliver best-in-class messaging presence & brand experience at medical conferences and regional events. Work with the Omni Channel Manager to increase the growth of owned online platforms through content creation in line with medical & education strategy Be responsible for message coherence across all touch points (B2B, B2C and B2B2C) working in collaboration with medical relations, marketing, medical detailing, PR, commercial and digital Manage the medical communications by delivering KPIs, on time, and on budget. Support the medical aesthetic industry as agreed with the Brand Business Lead and Commercial Director's vision. Support and manage the execution of clinical and observational studies. Be a scientific and medical expert to other functions WHO YOU ARE

Experience preferably within a fast-paced consumer driven business / pharma environment A degree in life science or equivalent preferred Scientific & healthcare knowledge - capacity to understand and translate scientific/medical language & healthcare systems in UK and Ireland. Digital orientation - experience with digital communication campaigns including strategy, CRM and GDPR Highly entrepreneurial mindset - autonomy, strategic thinking and collaboration are critical to drive our brands. Vision - able to create and develop a strategy, taking the lead on motivating the wider business. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent presentation skills, able to influence and inspire any audience. Know how to manage the complexity in terms of number stakeholders, projects, timelines, and clarity of message. Resilience and flexibility - the ability to adapt to a dynamic business and market demands, overcoming challenges and driving success in an innovate way. Creativity - able to create innovative, cost-effective solutions, to drive the best ROI whilst maintaining brand equity. Strong analytical skills including advanced competency with CRM, and Microsoft office programs.
