Currently, they are seeking several Client Services Associates fluent in Swedish and based in the UK (London) to support their Investment Counsellors in Sweden.
The Role:
Joining as a Swedish Client Service Associate means becoming part of a dynamic environment where you'll handle daily tasks at a top-tier private wealth management firm. This role encourages proactive engagement, process enhancements, and innovative problem-solving. Your performance will be assessed based on merit, and the company heavily invests in employee growth and advancement opportunities. The more value you bring, the faster you can progress towards more senior roles—just like their top executives.
You'll assist Investment Counsellors in managing client relationships, addressing operational inquiries, generating reports, and receiving guidance from the Client Service Team Leader to support your professional growth.
What you need:
- A degree from a university or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse audiences via phone and email, prioritizing exceptional client service.
- Located in London.
What you will get:
- An annual salary of £35k + £8k Bonus.
- 28 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of tenure, with an option to purchase up to 3 additional days.
