A proficient Swedish speaker is sought for a financial services organization to enhance their expanding multilingual Sales Team.

You will be situated in a modern office environment, providing your expertise in delivering exceptional customer and administrative support.

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing the Swedish clientele by advising on the company's offerings to meet client needs.

With the extensive training provided, you will have the chance to advance your career within the organization and acquire new competencies.

  • Gather all necessary information from clients to establish new accounts.
  • Foster relationships with clients in the banking sector and assist with administrative responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic Sales team and investment advisors to manage daily tasks.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, demonstrating productivity and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in Client Service, Customer Service Advisory, Client Support, or Client Service Associate roles within the financial or banking industry is preferred.
  • A degree in finance, banking, or economics is advantageous.
