Your Role:

As an Associate within the Client Service team, you will delve into your client's specific business inquiries and pinpoint the experts who can deliver the most relevant insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating in a sales capacity to identify and recruit the most suitable experts for our network, ensuring they can provide valuable consultations for client projects.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to devise strategies that meet the requirements of each client project request.
  • Utilizing various resources such as LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies to discover the best experts for addressing our clients' strategic or investment questions.
  • Identifying potential leads and inviting them to join our network for consultations with clients.
  • Screening experts to assess their fit for specific client projects and developing professional profiles to present to clients.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience.
  • The right to work in the UK.

  • A strong desire to work in a sales or lead generation role that is driven by KPIs and metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
