This role presents an opportunity to significantly impact a leading fintech company at the cutting edge of payment solutions.

Role Summary:

The Head of Growth is a key senior role reporting directly to the CEO and Founder. The position is critical for driving growth KPIs, attracting new customers, and establishing strategic partnerships to meet growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the B2B sector, particularly within merchant and banking services of different risk levels, demonstrating the ability to cultivate relationships, understand complex ecosystems, and drive significant growth.

Key

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with xpate's mission and financial goals.Oversee growth KPIs, continually monitoring and adjusting strategies to achieve and exceed targets.Design and implement sales strategies to attract new customers from the merchant and banking sectors.Initiate and sustain strategic partnerships to enhance xpate's offerings and market presence.Collaborate closely with the Founder and CEO to refine growth strategies, ensuring they remain responsive to market changes and company objectives.Work with the Product and Technology teams to ensure our solutions meet and surpass market expectations, addressing the needs of our target audience effectively.Lead and develop the growth team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4-5 years experience in sales roles within the B2B sector, focusing on merchant services and banking.A proven track record in devising and implementing successful growth strategies in fintech or related fields.Demonstrated ability to achieve growth KPIs, especially in customer acquisition and establishing strategic partnerships.Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable growth initiatives.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at interacting with C-level executives, partners, and stakeholders.Comprehensive understanding of the fintech ecosystem, payment solutions, and the regulatory environment.
