Job Description

We are proud to present you with the opportunity to join a fast-growing ecommerce company within the tourism / travel space.

As the Head of Growth, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and its execution, lead and scale the marketing department and train and mentor a team of marketers so they gain in efficiency and autonomy.

  • To structure and professionalise the current team
  • Develop, grow and scale the marketing department
  • Lead the expansion of the business worldwide and optimise brand growth
  • Continuously increasing traffic and leads and achieve growth objectives

What you'll need to be successful:

  • A minimum of 6-7 years of proven successful experience in scaling marketing department and leading teams
  • Experience in fast paced B2C ecommerce, marketplace start-ups in fast growth
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in paid advertising, SEO and CRM
  • Experience managing marketing budgets of over 3M€
  • You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
  • You have a strong ability to balance hands-on execution and strategy
  • You are a great problem solver, with a flexible, can-do attitude
