We are seeking a highly motivated Programme Director to design, develop and deliver the Future Global Leaders Programme, which aims to provide a unique experience for Masters students that will increase their employability prospects in a globally competitive market for talent.

The Programme is a flexible model of learning developed by the College. From the Programme will include shared and blended activities with the City University of Hong Kong, bringing additional opportunities for student exchange and joint project work.

The successful candidate will have proven management skills and experience of programme design and delivery at University level. They will be expected to develop and maintain effective working relationships with teams at the College and to work closely with relevant staff in the City University of Hong Kong. With overall management of the Programme, the Director will identify and build excellent relationships with donors and prospective companies whilst leading and developing the Programme team.

Acting as an ambassador for the Programme, raising its profile in the UK, Hong Kong and globally applicants must be prepared to travel to Hong Kong as required, be willing to work out-of-hours and have a flexible and collaborative approach to tasks. This post is externally funded for four years.

The anticipated start date will be 1st September 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter.
