Job Title: Director of External Communications

Job Summary:

Ventula Consulting is seeking a seasoned Director of External Communications to lead our client's brand-new business-wide transformation programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our client's strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a communications strategy that supports our client's business objectives
  • Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale communications programmes
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the Transformation Programme lead, to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide strategic counsel to our client's leadership team on communications-related matters
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with external and change communications
  • Previous experience leading global or large-scale communications programmes
  • Strong background working within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in R&D or Life Sciences
  • Excellent stakeholder and interpersonal skills
