Academic Course Director

The University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) is seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Course Director for the Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Dental Education. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of postgraduate training in dental education and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest academic quality and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, orchestration, teaching, and ongoing evaluation and improvement of the PGCert in Dental Education
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure provision, management, and marketing of high-quality academically rigorous teaching programmes
- Develop a substantial element of online teaching delivery
Requirements:
- Strong academic background and experience in dental education
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £45,585 - £57,696 pro-rata per annum
- A market pay supplement may be considered for a suitable candidate
