As a Senior Programme Leader, you will be at the forefront of innovative developments in the field of neurotechnology. This role is pivotal in driving the advancement of Active Implantable Medical Devices (AIMDs) from initial concept through to successful market introduction.

Your extensive experience in managing complex projects will be essential as you collaborate with leading companies to develop groundbreaking solutions for conditions such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and chronic pain. You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of TTP's consultancy services within this specialized market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. You will also mentor and guide Project Leaders within the Health Tech Business Unit.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain operational responsibility for project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
  • Regulatory Guidance: Utilize your expertise in medical device development to provide regulatory advice and risk management strategies, influencing design and manufacturing processes.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the strategic planning for the Neurotechnology team, enhancing TTP's capabilities in AIMD engineering over the next few years.

Qualifications:

We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds, including those with experience as Systems Engineers, Programme Directors, or Project Directors. Your qualifications should include:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading the engineering of novel AIMDs from development through to clinical trials or product launch.
  • Evidence of managing similar projects within consultancy or medical device firms.
  • A comprehensive understanding of neuromodulation device design and risk management.
  • A degree in a technical discipline, such as engineering, with a proven track record of academic success.
