Job Title: Senior Neurotechnology Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Neurotechnology Development Manager to lead our Neurotech department. As a key figure in our team, you will be responsible for the design and transfer to manufacture of complex implantable medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership – drive the new product development of neurotech/implantable medical devices.
  • Project leadership - program management, resource management, and client relationship management.
  • Operational responsibility for the delivery of projects on time, to budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Advise colleagues and clients on product development and regulatory processes.
  • Contribute to the strategy for the Neurotechnology market team to enhance product engineering capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with a track record of academic excellence.
  • System-level understanding of neuromodulation device design and/or complex implantable medical devices and risk management.
  • Team management and/or project leadership experience.
  • Recent experience leading the engineering of a novel AIMD from development through to clinical trials or product launch.
