About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our neurotechnology projects from concept to commercial launch. As a Project Leader at TTP, you will be responsible for delivering novel technology-driven products on time and within budget, while maintaining close working relationships with clients and building a high-performing project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take overall control of product design architecture and craft development plans
  • Maintain close working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Build and motivate a high-performing project team
  • Deliver products on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
Requirements
  • Background in engineering or scientific discipline with ability to frame and solve complex problems
  • Project and/or team leadership experience in neurotechnology, implantable devices, or adjacent regulated medical device fields
  • Understanding of complex multi-disciplinary system design and ability to make system-level decisions
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory processes for product development and manufacturing in a regulated environment
