The role
You'll be joining the Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.
We're looking for an individual with a strategic outlook who can work hands-on to take our existing digital presence to a whole new level. With the support of the wider Marketing team and agency partners, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day performance of search and social advertising campaigns including paid search, programmatic media buying, email, remarketing, and LinkedIn advertising. You'll genuinely be interested in digital customer experiences, want to continually evolve our digital marketing and report on findings to improve. You'll be an integral part of our team focussed on driving revenue growth through enhancing our online acquisition channels in existing and new markets.

What you'll do{{:}}
- Working closely with Marketing leadership, you'll be responsible for developing strategic plans and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results utilising a combination of paid search, display, and social media
- Effectively manage the relationship with the digital marketing agency that support on paid digital activity, continuously meeting deadlines and managing the upcoming calendar of activities
- Manage paid social campaigns, working closely with the wider Marketing team on content and design
- Manage defined budgets, monitor spend pace and performance forecasting for paid campaigns
- Gather data and industry research as needed to support the leadership team members in developing marketing strategies
- Implement demand generation programmes to build a steady flow of MQLs
- Support on website tracking and enhancements to drive increased traffic - ensuring tracking is in place to report on campaigns
- Working with the RevOps team to create, test and launch single and multi-step campaigns within HubSpot and Salesforce
- You'll be working with people across the business, including the Revenue team and the Product team, to find ways we can digitally build connections and raise brand awareness with prospective and existing clients
- Regularly report on our digital activity, including (but not limited to) our website traffic, lead generation, social media activity, emails/newsletters, and specific campaign tracking
- You'll be a brand champion - being an expert on our branding and tone of voice to ensure all paid campaigns are of high-quality, impactful and in line with the ClearBank brand.
- Previous work experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment (B2B preferable)
- Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (ideally with HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Experience utilising content management systems
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ideally experience launching campaigns in multiple countries
- Experience in measuring and reporting against digital activity - intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- You'll have a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices
- You have a data-driven passion to know the ins and outs of how our website performs, and a genuine interest in how we can keep improving
- Understanding of HTML/CSS a plus
- Google certifications a plus
