Are you an organised, confident and natural leader, able to influence senior people with the skills required to manage a range of business services?

As our Business and Operations Manager, you will provide strategic support to the Principal, Governors and Senior Leader team together achieve the vision, aims and ethos of the school. Prior experience of management and/or the education sector is not essential, so this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person, with a desire to learn, to thrive in this varied and interesting role.

You will be supported by the wider team of operations specialists across our Trust and offered the opportunity to develop this role around your strengths, skills and areas of interest. Whilst we are open to the level and type of experience that you bring to this role, it is essential that you have a strong sense of strategic acumen, well developed interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to influence and lead by example.

We are looking for someone who will have;

· Has experience in monitoring budgets and other finance processes, a keen eye for detail and a strong customer service ethos.

· Is organised and methodical in developing solutions and be able to influence effectively with colleagues at all levels.

· The ability to lead and motivate teams working across a range of business areas including site, catering, finance, ICT and HR.
