Key Responsibilities- Provide financial management support to Integrated Care Boards and Digital Services Integrated Care suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including NHS bodies and suppliers
- Manage payments between suppliers and NHS bodies
- Write specifications and requirement documentation
- Manage budgets, monitor and report on financial performance
- Build relationships with and manage large volumes of stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter expert to support the development of clear, specific customer service requirements
- Manage day-to-day service operations, prioritizing resources, service issues, and objectives in a diverse and complex environment
- Relevant degree-level qualification in finance or fund management or equivalent experience
- Specialist knowledge or experience of financial software, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software
- Experience of managing payments between suppliers and NHS bodies
- Experience of writing specifications and requirement documentation
- Experience of budget management, monitoring, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
The Digital Primary Care team's vision is to ensure primary care can acquire and exploit the latest technology and data to improve the lives of patients and staff.

We will:
- Deliver high-quality, user-centered, value for money technology upgrades across primary care, to reduce administrative burdens on the workforce and improve access and experience for patients
- Widen access to data held in GP records for citizens, clinicians, the wider workforce, and researchers, prioritizing key data to optimize pathways and services provision, and enable prevention and self-care
- Drive up the quality and adoption of products and services that support innovation collaboration and continuous improvement, to enable fully integrated care
The team operates in a matrix multidisciplinary way, with four core functions: strategy and innovation, transformation, system enablement, and market enablement. This role sits within our market enablement function, which aims to drive market change through uplifting, harmonizing, and consolidating frameworks, standards, and capabilities to remove market friction and incentivize innovation and collaboration.
