Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the entire Admin function, including the Admin Team Manager and 6 Admin staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide line management and leadership to the Admin team, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to the highest possible standard.
  • Be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving business growth.
  • Manage data and reporting for the healthcare team using SystmOne and Excel, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes, ensuring seamless integration with other service lines, including Primary Care, Substance Misuse, and Mental Health.
  • Support the Head of Healthcare as necessary, providing expert guidance and advice on administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Previous management or leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • A passion for data and analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with SystmOne.
