Position Overview

A growing network of independent optometry practices across the UK is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor. This newly created position is essential for overseeing the daily functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Standards Development: Formulate, execute, and uphold business standards and best practices.
  • Data Management: Oversee data collection processes to update metrics aimed at achieving productivity goals, minimizing errors, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Requirements: Regular travel is a component of this role.
  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday.
Compensation

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000, in addition to a car allowance and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with practice management software and a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite.
  • IT Competence: Strong IT skills are essential for this position.
