Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the entire Admin function, including the Admin Team Manager and 6 Admin staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide line management and leadership to the Admin team, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and high-quality standards.
  • Be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving business growth.
  • Manage data and reporting for the healthcare team using SystmOne and Excel, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes, improving patient-centered services and clinical administration.
  • Collaborate with other service lines, including Primary Care, Substance Misuse, and Mental Health, to drive business outcomes.
  • Support the Head of Healthcare as needed, providing expertise and guidance.
