Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes, ensuring that our business functions smoothly and efficiently.
This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational excellence and align our initiatives with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans, oversee daily operations, and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Operational Performance: Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement, manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve performance targets, provide reports and updates to senior management regarding operational performance.
- Client Communication: Analyse and handle client communications, listening to feedback and designing and implementing change to drive 100% customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment initiatives and candidate onboarding.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail, proficient in data analysis tools and performance management software, excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
