Job Description

Salary: 31,000, plus overtime and service charge

Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

To confidently lead and manage the team with a hands on approach in the absence of the Bar and Restaurant ManagerTo consistently monitor the practice of all SOPs and requirements across the Bar and Restaurant, including opening and closing schedulesDaily reporting and monitoring of revenue forecast versus actual salesTo liaise with Cellar Manager and BOH Manager to ensure drinks stocks are always maintained and rotatedTo assist with the coordination of internal and external stock auditsEnsuring all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered toAssisting with the induction of new team membersTo attend new menu tastings, offering constructive input
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory role, working in a members' facility (desirable)Personal Licence (desirable)Level 2 Food Safety CertificateExperience using at least one EPOS system for ordering and reconciliationStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsTakes initiative and demonstrates high level of organisationSupportive team player
