Due to growth this role has been created to support the external Sales Reps in the UK and Europe.

About You

  • Ideally you'll have worked in a similar role as a Sales Administrator or Office Administrator
  • You'll enjoy working in a varied role and will like to be kept busy
  • It's essential that you're a strong communicator as you'll be liaising with reps regularly.
  • You'll also have the confidence to upsell products when communicating with customers - always looking to maximise selling potential.
  • Commutable to Rochdale, you'll be happy working onsite Monday to Friday.

About The Job

  • You'll join as their new Internal Sales Administrator.
  • Duties will include dealing with sales enquiries by telephone and email, providing quotations and processing sales orders.
  • You'll manage the incoming sales inbox.
  • Raising invoices and arranging worldwide courier collections and providing shipping quotes.
  • Providing market intelligence to the wider sales team for any new sales opportunities.
