Compensation
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of up to £12.64, along with a non-contractual commission based on sales performance.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist the store management team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Supervise and guide the store team during the absence of the Store Manager.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a strong understanding of product offerings.
- Encourage and promote complementary products to enhance customer purchases.
- Support the management in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, with attractive product displays.
- Handle stock deliveries and transfers efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
