Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Practice Head to spearhead our initiatives focused on the MENA region.

The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of expertise in political analysis, particularly within the context of MENA geopolitics.

This role involves delivering top-tier analytical content, overseeing a team of specialists, cultivating essential relationships, and collaborating with fellow analytical leaders.


Key Responsibilities:

Act as a leading authority on MENA political risk, producing detailed reports and client briefings Develop and sustain a robust network within the region and among key policy influencers Analyze global events for clients, demonstrating a profound understanding of regional dynamics Work in conjunction with other practices to enhance geopolitical insights Guide analysts, provide mentorship, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work Represent analytical excellence through participation in external thought leadership engagements Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and pursue business opportunitiesDesired Skills and Experience: Minimum of ten years of relevant political analysis experience with a focus on the MENA region Proficiency in Arabic and extensive regional knowledge Capability to convey complex information in a clear and actionable format Strong enthusiasm, drive, and collaborative spirit Willingness to travel as required for the position Advanced degree in political science or a related field, or equivalent experience in governmentWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that values individuals from various backgrounds.
