We are looking to recruit passionate and highly motivated hospitality experts to join our team as a Feel Good Coffee Supervisors.
Reporting to Feel Good Manager, this role will be responsible for supervising shifts and supporting the young people (aged employed by us at our mobile coffee carts and shop, of which we currently have three active. You will be self motivated and able to lead a team by positive example.
This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your experience in hospitality to work with young people who are turning their lives around. The position well suited to anyone who is ambitious about the future for both themselves and the collective community, and wants to work for a well connected local organisation who is fully supportive of all its staff's wellbeing and their goals.
Salary: £25,642.50 per annum full time salary (£13.15 per hour).
Hours: Full time hours across 4 days
Please note this role will require some weekend work.

Required Experience: At least 2 years working in a coffee shop environment.
