Key Responsibilities:
As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee several dynamic and busy locations.
Your role will involve managing the broader operations of the stores and leveraging your expertise to enhance performance and productivity.
- Drive sales and service excellence to maximize profitability across your cluster.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining smooth operations in the stores.
- Aim for high-quality coffee offerings, address customer concerns, and respond to feedback.
