The Lobby Bar, one of the most stunning rooms in London, transforms from an airy space for a coffee by day to a buzzing cocktail bar by night, filled with glamorous guests and discerning drinkers. The Punch Room, a modern reincarnation of London's 19th-century private clubs. Designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds, where guests can taste 30 speciality punches - including the signature gin-infused EDITION house punch and listen to a curated soundtrack of soul, blues, ragtime and doo-wop is complemented by impromptu live performances.

As Head Bartender you will:
  • Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
  • Be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well
  • Be expected to enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs
Our most successful Head Bartender has:
  • A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent service skills
  • The ability to create a memorable experience for our guests
  • Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player.
This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
